Paul was the curator and education consultant for this major touring exhibition, a joint production of Musealia and the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum.

Auschwitz. Not long ago. Not far away is the world’s largest travelling exhibition about the history, significance and meaning of the Nazis’ largest and most notorious death camp.

Conceived by exhibition specialists Musealia and the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, this ground breaking exhibition brings together more than 700 original artefacts and 400 photographs from over 20 institutions and museums around the world. It is the most comprehensive exhibition dedicated to the history of Auschwitz and its role in the Holocaust ever presented.

Paul served on the exhibition’s international curatorial team, developed its pedagogical approach and co-wrote the interpretive audio tour.
